2nd instalment of Life, Death and Everything In-Between with irrepressible Jack Kavanagh

Hi everyone,

Delighted to share my second podcast interview. This time we have the courageous and mischievous Jack Kavanagh. If you want to be inspired to ‘get over yourself’ and see the good in even the hardest life experiences then this is for you.

This episode is raw, honest, inspiring and it is funny.

Jack is wonderful storyteller and his message that ‘you have a choice’ is so powerful.

Highly recommend if you a parent to a teenager playing this one on Spotify on your next car journey or in the kitchen as you all do your thing….

Adolescence & our Young People

If you have watched the Netflix series ‘Adolescence’ you will now know (if you didn’t already) the real world young boys and girls – are being developed in. I have spoken about this and written about it for years. That if young people ‘don’t feel the warmth of the village they will burn it down to feel it’. Not saying ‘I told you so’ but in a weird way I am relieved we are talking about our young people with more urgency to understand their real worlds and help them.

One thing that can also help is my book ‘The Teenager’s Book of Life’. It was written to guide young people and offer an alternative voice to the negative, self-serving influencers they are often manipulated by on social media. You can get it here.

As always I love to hear from you so please send any questions or requests for me to interview people you feel have something that would inspire the rest of us.

Thanks,

Tony.
